VOVOX WORK s.r.o. was incorporated in Plzeň in December 2025 to do one thing: supply reliable construction crews and trade packages to companies that build.
Across Europe the shortage on a construction site is rarely materials. It is crews that arrive on the agreed date, know the trade, and stay to the end of the programme.
VOVOX WORK exists to close that gap. We are a Czech limited company with a registered office in Plzeň, run by a single managing director, working only business to business — for main contractors, developers, fit-out companies and construction firms that need capacity they can plan around.
We are deliberately narrow. Preparatory works, finishing works, specialised construction activities: that is the registered scope of the company and it is also, precisely, what we sell. Inside it we go deep — drywall systems, plaster, screeds, façades, fit-out and renovation. Outside it we refer you elsewhere.
The company is new, registered in December 2025, and we would rather write that here than have you find it in the register. What is not new is the trade. Our crews come from the same construction markets our clients work in — Czechia, Germany, Austria, Italy — and they are used to sites where the language on the drawings is not the language spoken in the canteen.

How we operate
Three rules we do not bend.
Say the real date
A start date we can hold beats a start date you want to hear. If the crew is two weeks out, that is what we tell you.
Paperwork before people
Posting documents, A1 certificates and notifications are finished before anyone gets in the van. Compliance is not an afterthought we hand to the client.
One person to call
You deal with one contact through the whole job, in a language you work in. No chain of intermediaries between you and the crew on site.

Contracts, offers and site correspondence can be handled in any of these. On a multinational site that is not a nice extra — it is what stops a misread instruction from becoming a variation order.
