Who is responsible

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tag manager and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from our own server rather than from a font provider, so no request leaves this domain while you read.

Because nothing is stored on your device and nothing is tracked, there is no consent banner and nothing for you to opt out of.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time of request, page requested, browser type) for security and to keep the site running. These are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and are retained only for a short period by the provider.

If you contact us

There is no contact form on this site. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process what you send — your name, contact details and the content of your message — in order to answer you and, if it goes further, to prepare and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep business correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship and Czech accounting and tax law require, and no longer.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When you message us there, your communication is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well. If you would rather not use it, email us instead.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade personal data. It may be shared with our hosting provider, our accountants and, where the law requires it, public authorities. Where a processor is outside the EEA, we rely on the safeguards provided for in Chapter V GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to info@vovoxwork.com [TO CONFIRM] and we will answer within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.cz).

Changes

If this site ever gains a contact form, analytics or any other tool that processes personal data, this page will be updated before that tool goes live.
